“After All This Time”
“After All This Time”
Sometimes a painting comes together in minutes, and sometimes it waits for years before revealing its final form. What began in 2018 as a simple painting was transformed in 2024 into a layered collage—melding fragments of past works with molding paste, metallic sprays, and textured surfaces. The process became as much about rediscovery as creation, breathing new life into an unfinished moment.
The surface carries echoes of its earlier self while shimmering with reinvention. Gold illuminates ridges and edges, while collaged forms break and rebuild the composition, reminding us that art—like memory—can be fractured, revisited, and renewed. Now part of the Expressionist’s home gallery, “After All This Time” is ready to ship, offering collectors a meditation on patience, transformation, and return.
