Born from a commission that blossomed into a series, the “Grand Rising” works carry a sense of rhythm and expansion. Every inch of “Grand Rising III,” from the core of the canvas to its borders, was completed with premium oil-based ink—a deliberate choice that heightens the vibrancy and depth of its abstract forms.

The second work in the series, “Grand Rising II,” was acquired before it was even finished, never making it to public view. With this final 24” x 36” piece, The Expressionist offers a last glimpse into the energy and movement of the series. Its arcs and swirls feel alive, channeling momentum and vitality into any space it enters.
