"Eye of The Tribal Stare, The Beginning”
"Eye of The Tribal Stare, The Beginning”
Mysterious and captivating, this piece invites elongated gazes. Layers of natural metallic copper, black, grey, and cream form the foundation, while a bold vertical and horizontal line of metallic black cuts through, converging on the central wincing eye. Below, sharp horizontal strikes draw the viewer downward, revealing hidden lines and unexpected direction.
The upper portion carries hashes and slanted marks against a veil of green, adding tension and rhythm. On the left corner, flashes of orange, blue, and smoky grey emerge, intensifying the mystique. It is both a stare and a story—one that continues to reveal itself the longer it is witnessed.
